| Symptoms: | Re-buffering, stuttering or frozen video, sometimes only hear audio |
| Solution: | We use high quality broadcast servers to ensure this kind of thing does not happen from our end. This problem can usually be resolved by resetting your internet modem. To do this, disconnect the power to the modem, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. This resets the modem to its fastest possible speed. When the internet connection comes back, reconnect to our broadcast. |

| Solution: | This problem is a known issue in the Internet Connection Sharing and the Internet Connection Firewall components in Windows. Open Windows Media Player from the Start menu. Then from its Tools menu, select Options..., and go to the Network tab. If UDP is checked, uncheck it. Click OK. Close Windows Media Player. Now, try the test stream above.
